On... my return the plane was delayed, having touched down just before the curfew at 11PM, although they run the shuttle to the airport till 11PM and I was out close to 11:15PM, again, it was no problem. Extremely Rude.
I Was able to make other arrangements 30 min before he called to confirm the booking.
Didn't call... him straight away because I was busy opening presents on Christmas day.
Once he called and I told him I had just made other arrangements, he spoke to me in a rude manner and hung up in my face. Called him back up to see why he was being so rude, he ended up calling me rude and hung up again.
Appalling behaviour, especially on Christmas morning. Merry Christmas buddy.read more

Great service recommend but only 3 stars due to returning to find a white wall mark scuff on my front bumper, took it... bk they chucked some polish on got most of it out but two stone chip sized marks. They did offer to get a panel beaters quote but I cant afford to have my car away need it for work. Still a good end to end serviceread more
